What's Mehmet Okur's value?

30 years old, coming off injury, might not be ready for training camp, and makes $10 million for the next two years. But when he is on the court, he is productive on both ends of the court, especially on offense. Would Utah accept something like this?

Orlando trades:

Mickael Pietrus

Utah trades:

Mehmet Okur
Kosta Koufos or Krylyo Fesenko (S&T)

Would Orlando?

Nelson/VC/Rashard/Okur/Dwight

I think because he's coming off a significant injury, his value is a huge question mark, I don't know that most teams would offer something along the lines of what Utah is likely to accept for him.

Can't imagine anyone offering value for him until he steps back on the court and is playing 100% or darn close to it. If I were another team, I wouldn't.

"Reasonable in his present situation" is junk. He's currently injured and brandishing a new extension. The Jazz shouldn't trade him now because nobody else is dumb enough to offer value for him. As I said, once he's playing at 100% we can either keep him or look to trade him. I doubt we'd even get any offers right now.
