Hornets updated:

PG- Greivas Vasquez/ Austin Rivers
SG- Eric Gordon/ Xavier Henry
SF- Ryan Anderson/ Al Farouq Aminu/ Darius Miller
PF- Anthony Davis/ Hakeem Warrick
C- Robin Lopez/ Jason Smith

Really starting to sound like the Hornets will start Ryan Anderson at SF. I'm not sure they have even decided that yet, but that's where I think it's heading. They are still looking to make a couple of small moves, probably for a guard for one.

With defenders like Davis and Lopez behind him they can afford to do that, but he will have to be benched for match ups against the likes of LBJ, Durant, Melo, Granger, Pierce and a few others. He's not nearly quick enough to guard those guys. Fortunately they have Aminu to replace him with.

Rockets:

Asik
Harrellson G.Smith
Patterson Motiejunas White T.Jones J.Johnson Brockman S.Williams Simpson
Parsons Morris
Martin Lamb Forbes
Lin Douglas Livingston Fortson

(I bolded the guys, who barring a trade will make the final roster for sure.)

Fortson, Simpson and Sean Williams will definitely be cut or part of a trade (as salary fillers).

Other cut candidates: Harrellson is non-guaranteed, Greg Smith is guaranteed half of the minimum and Livingston is guaranteed $1M of his $3.5M deal. Brockman is owed $1M. JuJuan Johnson $1.1M and Forbes $1.5M.

Word is the Rockets will bring in Scott Machado (PG) for training camp. Not sure if they'll cut guaranteed money to make room for him, though.

We're also still in the market for "one or two" free agents. Carlos Delfino appears to be one of them. Not sure who the other is, but when in doubt it's usually a 6-9 PF.

Bulls 7/31/12

Hinrich / Nate Robinson / Marquis Teague / D-Rose
Rip Hamilton / Marco Belinelli
Luol Deng / Jimmy Butler
C-Booze / Taj Gibson
/ Vladimir Radmanovic
Joakim Noah / Nazr Mohammed

*Deng will play some 4 & Taj will play some 5 against smaller line-ups
*Nazr, Vlad, & Teague will most likely not be in the rotation unless injuries prevail

Clippers Roster update:

Paul/ Billups/ Bledsoe
Crawford/ Green/ Leslie
Hill/ Butler
Griffin/ Odom/ Thompkins
Jordan/ Turiaf/ Hollins

Think Billups will start at SG and Crawford could play the point as well as L.A.mar could play on the SF...

Milwaukee Bucks

Jennings/Udrih
Ellis/Lamb/Dunleavy
Moute/Dunleavy/Harris
Ilyasova/Udoh/Henson/Gooden
Dalembert/Sanders/Gooden

Maybe more wishful thinking than reality that Gooden is on the end of the depth chart but before the Bogut injury last year when he was forced to play C he fell right out of the rotation so hopefully wont be playing.

Still need to add that 3rd PG, preferably a guy like Roger Mason who can play some SG and the Bucks are looking to sign another C (pryzbilla).

That's not a bad lineup, though I do question whether Kirilenko is an SF (some Utah fans seemed to think he was more of a PF). I think Pek might make or break the wolves. He clearly has potential and I think his development more than anything else will determine the Twolves' success. Roy is a big question mark (ask any Blazer fan, myself included) though the fact that his deal is non-guaranteed next season should be a big help for the t wolves.

With Adelman as coach, I expect a lot of smallball with Love at C, Kirilenko at PF. But Kirilenko just won MVP and DPOY playing SF for Russia and is ripping up the Olympics as a SF. Seems he's found his love for the game again.

If we had a more traditional coach I think Kirilenko would have issues. Adelman's motion offense is perfect for AK, a pass-oriented team with a motion offense where he can cut and play his style of game regardless if he's playing PF or SF. Pretty much all of our SGs and PGs are ball handlers/passers now, which allows the Wolves to go between Rubio/Roy or Ridnour/Shved to attack and kick.

Regardless of record, the Wolves are going to be a fun team to watch this year. I expect a lot of slashing in for lobs from uber athletic wings.

If anyone can take the bolded players off a the Pistons I'd really appreciate it. ;)

might as well play him at SF, they aren't winning against any of those teams next year

I guess Gallinari won't come off the bench? Same with Turner.

Yeah, Jason Richardson isn't starting over Turner.

Doesn't Doug Collins hate Turner though? :)
Also, while the Howard deal is for terrific for the Sixers it made the Hawes, Kwame and Nick Young signing even more pointless than they were before.

Missing Randolph and Hamilton. Don't think Fournier will be over this year. Also think Gallo will be starting over Chandler - he's an overall better player and IMO a much better fit with Iggy.

Maybe, and definitely respectively.

But I don't see Richardson starting at all. Nick Young has a better shot at it, but right now the job is Evan's to lose as he finally had won it midway through last season.

Fournier signed so he should be here, but otherwise I agree. Lawson/Iguodala/Gallo/Faried/McGee will be a fun starting lineup.

Denver Nuggets

Lawson/ A. Miller/ Stone
Igoudala/ Hamilton/ Fournier
Galinari/ Chandler/ Brewer/Q. Miller
Faried/ Chandler/ Randolph
Mozgov/ Mcgee/ Koufos

Although I would not be surprised to see the Nuggets pull off another deal to combine talent.

Updated Lakers:

PG: Steve Nash / Steve Blake / Chris Duhon / Darius Morris
SG: Kobe Bryant / Jodie Meeks / Andrew Goudelock / Darius Johnson-Odom
SF: Ron Artest / Devin Ebanks / Earl Clark
PF: Pau Gasol / Antwan Jamison
Cc: Dwight Howard / Jordan Hill / Robert Sacre

I still see a few minor tweaks coming...
One of Duhon / Blake will win the back up job, and the other will be shipped out.....
We need a 5th big, which my hunch tells me will be Kenyon Martin.....
We need another wing as well...Resign Barnes? Or someone else like that....
