I'm not some Klay Thompson fan boy... I could definitely see trading him. But not for anyone I've seen mentioned in this thread. Klay, while imperfect, does give us the main thing we need from his position: a scoring threat from outside that can space the defense, and who can also drive to the hoop and finish if his defender crowds him.

Biedrins sig was done long ago and is just a reminder of how far a player can fall as to what they did before they got paid. He had his athleticism and confidence and drove by nash and dunked on amare when amare was still good. This isy tribute to what andris was before money and injuries killed his confidence.

I didn't know money kills confidence.. I thought it was the biggest motivator and confidence builder, guess I'm wrong though. He was never good to begin with, he worked well in that system because of the amount of possessions and lack of other rebounders. Tyreke has a future if he can figure out what his niche is and stop chucking jumpers; he can make a living at the FT line. Biedrins never had any skills outside of rebounding meanwhile Evans does.

Nonetheless this trade is bad for the Warriors, so don't see them doing anything like it unless major incentive is provided by Sac. Possibly taking on Jefferson or sending a pick.

Yes a big contract can bring on a lack of confidence. One gets the pay day, u lose that hunger and before you know it u lose ur hunger and u become complacent. Complacency and injuries yes can bring on lack of confidence. Not really that hard to figure that out

As for his skills, his quickness and hands allowed him to beat his opponent and to get rebounds. He was averaging double double at a.young age, so to say he has no skills.shows your lack of judgement including ur thoughts on tyreke.

The man has no jump shot, plays poor defense and doesnt have a position. He needs to be ball dominant and with no.shot.spells disaster. So if he needs a niche, what he can stride to corey badporn maggette. Great for sac or whichever team gives him his next contract

If u want to attack me, come with a real argument that u can back up

Nope. Klay is playing busted right now but still has 15ppg. Can't wait till he finds his shot again.

i think hed be awesome on the bulls, especially when rose gets back. i think deng is awesome, but maybe the bulls would want to get a bit younger with someone like klay, and have someone for rose to play with down the line. and if the warriors are in "win now" mode then a team with bogut/deng/curry would be pretty nice. dunno. would need more people but i think the premise might be there. personally i think deng is clearly a more valuable player so the warriors would have to send something to entice the bulls, but would the warriors have any interest? in my mind it would seem like a good fit.

Deng is a fine player, but I'd rather have Klay, who is cheaper and a better shooter. Warriors team construction relies on strong exterior shooters to space the floor for us. I'm just not seeing any reason to move Klay. He's a classic example of a player other teams want, but his own team isn't looking to move.

Warriors wouldnt be looking to add Deng as they just drafted Harrison Barnes who they like a lot. Klay really isnt going somewhere unless the Warriors get someone to overpay.

The window for trading Deng to GSW was in the off-season before the draft. Now that Barnes is playing well as the W's starting SF they have no need for Deng. With hindsight being 20/20 I'm glad the W's didn't deal the 7th pick for a veteran SF.
