Why for trade #1
Phoenix needs a 3 point shooter and Marshall is their 3rd string
Sacramento needs a pure pg and a decent Sf
Why for trade #2
Houston needs a backup pg
Sacramento needs to get rid of all the ball dominate players they can also get a 3 point shooter and 2nd to sell for cash

Charlotte needs a scoring big Sacramento needs a shotblocking I think it would be a good swap but not sure if either team will give up on either even though they would be perfect fits. As a bobcat fan not sure if we would want to give up Taylor too.
