Philadelphia:

Out: Dorrell Wright (4.1m), Royal Ivey (league min, 1 year 854k), 2013 NOH 2nd, Philly 2013 2nd (top 40 protected), 850k cash.
New Orleans:
In: Royal Ivey (850k), Philly 2013 2nd (top 40 protected), 850k cash.
Out: 2016 2nd round pick (Top 55 protected) aka the nothing.
(Done after Dec 15th for Ivey)
Reasons:
Detroit: Gets a good 2nd rounder, and a similar level player to fill in for this season. But clears the cap for next season, and allows Singler to either keep starting at sg with Wright at sf, or Det to put Stuckey back at sg without benching Singler (or Prince). And Wright could be resigned if he fits well, which would give Detroit a younger player in addition to the high 2nd.
Philly: Wright is falling out of Collins rotation some, and adding more vets feels like the sort of move he would want with Philly looking like a borderline 8th/9th seed minus Bynum. Even high 2nd rounders are unlikely to play much under him, and the cap hit doesn't matter unless Bynum walks at which point everything is fubar. So, doubles down on winning this season, and adding a second vet to go along with co-captain Jason Richardson.
NOH: In that nether zone of above the cap but (well) below the tax. Gets a free player and a 2nd rounder, and with the pg rotation Vasquez/Roberts, having Ivey cannot hurt. Basically included to get Philly to within salary matching range, but is compensated fairly for this and has an open roster spot. Could just cut Ivey and pocket the pick if they wanted.
