Raptors/Kings

Post#1 » by EelamBaller » Wed Jan 9, 2013 2:07 am

Raptors Trade:
Andrea Bargnani
Jose Calderon

Kings Trade:
Evans
Garcia
Hayes
Honeycutt

Raptors do this because they get rid of Bargnani who plays without passion on the Raptors, and pair him up with a hot head like Cousins who plays with alot of passion. A Bargnani Cousins front court can do alot of damage in the west if they work together. Raptors in turn get the right pieces to have two mediocre line ups that can compete with opposing teams.

Raptors look like this:
Val/Amir
Davis/Hayes
Anderson/Garcia
DeRozan/Ross
Lowry/Evans

Kings look like this:
Cousins
Bargnani
Salmons
Thorton
Calderon

thoughts?

Hayes is a deal-breaker in my opinion

The Raps have enough overpaid role players

Bargs seems like a guy Petrie would want, but I wouldn't trade Evans for him, I don't think Evans would work in Toronto anyways. Evans and Derozan as the starting wing players?? From a shooting standpoint that would be a nightmare.
