Hickson to Lakers.

LA in
Hickson

Portland in:
Clark
Hill
Future first (2016 maybe? not sure when the Lakers will have a pick they can trade  )

LA does it to get someone that gobbles up rebounds and an athletic guy that can bang down low. Portland does it to try and develop Clark and Hill as part of their core with Lillard.

Hill is out for the season.

Typical Lakers fan trying to get a starter for scraps.

They don't have any 1st rounders to trade in the near future and they don't have any expiring contracts to offer that could free up extra cap space for the Blazers this summer. In other words, the Lakers have nothing to get Hickson with.

Pretty sure fart was a Cleveland fan. Either way, lets try and not generalize. :)

Hill is out for the season and I doubt the Lakers would be able to spin Clarks 3 good games into a guy that is averaging 12ppg/11rpg on 55% shooting in just 29 mpg (Hickson).

Future first (2016 maybe? not sure when the Lakers will have a pick they can trade  )

2032 I believe? :D

Develop them into what? You kinda are just taking 2 guys that have been ho hum for 3+ years and assuming that jsut because they're kinda young and haven't produced much that they can develop into something worth considering as a core next to Lillard?

Portland laughs and hangs up. No one in the west wants to help out LAL. They finally get to beat up on the playground bully.

In the off-season, yes.

Hickson for Gasol.

Good luck getting Portland to agree to that.

And unless Dwight walks (and the trade then drops 10m in salary), LAL would be a lux cap team and wouldn't be able to do a S&T (new rule).

IF the Blazers trade Hickson to the Lakers Hill and Clark isn't enough considering Hill's injury.

Yeah one of those deals based on "oh,I hoped nobody noticed that", and Hickson has been getting better,so even were Hill healthy,it would not happen. Next tradeable Laker pick...2017. That's not worth squat right now.

I think I saw somebody post a few months ago that the Lakers and Blazers haven't made a trade ever, or in like 30+ years. Seems these two franchises don't want to help each other.

2017 was traded already (Orlando/Dwight).

They could trade a 2019 with it turning into a 2nd and/or cash if it can't be traded (either because its lotto protected or because the 2017 pick is pushed back from its protection or the 2015 pick). So, they could go and owe the '13, '15, '17 and '19 picks. They also could offer pick swaps for even numbered years, if looking to mortgage future assets further...
