Suns do it. I expect Thunder would do it, but I wouldn't be surpirsed if they declined due to not wanting to break up their current chemistry as team with the current best record in the league.

I believe that usually #4/5 + #10 could get you #2 or #3 easily. Especially in a draft as weak as this. Hell, it would probably take you less..
