LAL/MIN/ATL

LAL Out: Dwight Howard, Jordan Hill
LAL In: Kevin Love, Andrei Kirilenko, Kyle Korver

MIN Out: Kevin Love, Derrick Williams, Andrei Kirilenko
MIN In: Al Horford, Jeff Teague, Jordan Hill

Atlanta Out: Al Horford, Jeff Teague, Kyle Korver
Atlanta In: Dwight Howard, Derrick Williams

LA does this if they fear Dwight will be leaving in the summer. Atlanta seemed to be one of his preferred destinations and in return the get a LA native in Kevin Love, solves there SF deficiencies with AK47, and get a guy that can spread the floor in Korver.

Min loses Kevin Love, but they get solid talent in return with Horford. Jordan Hill is a rebounding machine that doesn't need a ton of touches or minutes, and an amazing back up PG in Jeff Teague.

Atlanta gets there desired player in Dwight, lose Horford but pair Josh Smith with his long time friend, and get Derrick Williams as well who can develop into what he was supposed to become.

Looks to good for LA. Questionable fits for Minnesota.

So Wolves pass.

I would guess the Hawks would cut LA out. Take Love for themselves. Sign Howard in the Off Season.

Don't understand the Teague/D Williams swap. I think we'd prefer to keep Teague and MIN is fine @ PG with Rubio/Ridnuor/Barea. Trade works without the swap so why bother with it?

Even if the Teague for DWilliams swap is removed as stated above (which is correct because it makes no sense for either team)

Why would the Wolves downgrade at two spots?

Love > Horford
Kirilenko>> Hill

Wolves need another valuable piece to even consider this deal, as is makes no sense value or fitwise.

A million miles away in terms of value for Minnesota.

Please look at Minnesota's roster before making trades. This gives them 4 PGs who need minutes and 1 10-day contract player at SF. Easy pass.
On the Wolves trading Kirilenko, Williams & Ridnour for Pau Gasol:

There is no need for ATL to trade any value for Dwight Howard when they will have plenty of cap space to make him a max offer this summer.

There is no need for MIN to make this downgrade.
