Charlotte could use him, but not for Bismack, Charlotte needs a rim protector also with Al and Cody (or Marvin Williams) starting

LOL Kanter has proven a lot more than Biyombo

He hasn't proven that he can defend which is all the Cavs need out of the 5 spot.

Tristan Thompson can't even defend 4s. Now Cavs fans expect he'll do fine as a backup C???? LOL. You can't be serious. And Cleveland's front office realizes it needs another legit C.

Thompson may have been the 4th pick in the draft a few years back but he's a poor rebounder, kills spacing offensively and is a bad defender. The Cavs would be smart to deal him while he still has value because outside of a 10-12 minute backup to Love, he serves little use to the current roster.

How many rebounds did TT average last year?

How is he a poor rebounder, anytime he starts he get atleast 10, I would call him a top notch rebounder, true he isnt a good scorer but does play decent defense, so please dont comment if you have no idea what your talking about

Not for Thompson but Philly has Henry Sims and Jarvis Vanado, both of whom would be decent frontcourt depth. Can't imagine they'd want very much for either at this point.

Absolute no. TT is a better center than Olynk.

Sad part is that I'd probably give Philly an expiring and another second to get Sims back.

So Whassup? Of the Prozac again?

Zero interest at all.

Counter:
Zeller for Thompson.

Nets trades: Joe Johnson, Kevin Garnett Cory Jefferson
Nets receives: Wilson Chandler, Tristan Thomspon, JJ Hickson, Tayshaun Prince

Cavs trades: Tristan Thompson
Cavs receives: Darrell Arthur, Kosta Koufos

Nuggets trades: Darrel Arthur, Randy Foye, Wilson Chandler, JJ Hickson
Nuggets receives: Joe Johnson Cory Jefferson,

Grizzlies trades: Kosta Koufos, Tayshaun Prince
Grizzlies receives: Randy Foye, Kevin Garnett

Nets get some depth on the bench, Thompson gets starting power forward, I like Thompson/Teletovic/Lopez/Hickson/Plumlee at the bigs, that's a lot of beef in the east they also save 10 million in cap space. Prince/hickson/thompson are expiring deals

Cavs gets two very good backup for thompson, all about depth here

Nuggets liquidate there bench for joe johnson, a very efficient player, I love making Gallinari a sixth man, Jefferson could be another faried (but unlikely)

Grizzlies gets a combo guard in foye and KG to backup ZBO/Gasol

Less than zero interest in the counter.
