The Clippers *did* just sign Hawes, luxury tax and all. Can't imagine they'd trade him unless they got an even better C back, which kind of defeats the purpose for Atlanta.

I think the Wolves could ship out a vet wing to add incentive in a deal as well.

No interest in Pek. Atlanta has gone through injury H3LL the past two seasons and each season Pek's missed games has increased...don't want yet another guy who can't stay healthy.

Fair point. I think Pek/Horford would be a pretty good pairing. A lot of Pek's injuries were nagging things that he said he would of played through if Minnesota was more competitive(playoffs). Something that ATL would have a better chance of in the East.

Jason Thompson can be had cheap from Sacramento. Would take a cheeseburger and a Sprite.

Given how good this team looked with antic at center I'm not sure why you'd want to go to a more conventional lineup with a big 4 and a no-shoot center.

To me the team looks really interesting.

They could have a top ten offense on a team more Teague (a role player on most teams) is really the only guy that you can give the ball to and let him go get a shot. And a top ten d, without a true center.

The Pistons would not need 100% value for Greg Monroe.

I mean the Pistons should not require it.

What I'm trying to say is that I'm not in the Pistons FO, and we should all go outside and play.

Millsap and Teague for Pek, Rubio?

Wade is basically Ben Gordon without the 3-point shooting. Sure, he's been a pretty good defender this year, so that would upgrade, but I'd rather have Gordon because he's cheaper and can hit those threes

-Mozgov
-Vucevic
-Valanciuanas
-Asik
-Hawes
-Hibbert
-Splitter

?

IF and only IF we luck out and nab Okafor or Towns in the 2015 draft I will do the following trade as a Magic fan...

Orlando Out
-Vucevic

Orlando In
-Atlanta 2015 UN-protected pick
-A Payne
-D Scoeder
-Future protected 1st

and even then I would be hesitant....
PM me if you can help a brotha finally get an AVI.

No chance. I think the only deal that makes sense is along the lines of Pek/Brewer to Atlanta, Milsap to a 3rd team, young players/prospect/picks and expirings to Minnesota.

^Agreed.
Pek might be a real good fit for the Hawks but it would likely require a 3rd team esp since the Wolves just acquired Young and Bennett.
