Did Barton actually sign yet? I don't recall seeing that. And that Nelson deal is a bad contract.

Didn't do it yet because of trades Denver could make and other contracts, but he did wrote on twitter that he is staying in Denver, and numbers are 11/3.

Good to know, thanks. That could very well be one of the best value signings of the offseason. Always liked him and glad he got to play when he got to Denver.

Bismack Biyombo
Brandan Wright
All the Spurs
Gerald Green
A'mare Stoudemire
Jeremy Lin
Patrick Beverley
Lavoy Allen
Thomas Robinson
Shane Larkin
Jae Crowder
Paul Pierce
And you could make the argument for Khris Middleton under the max.

That's what I got off the top of my head, I'm sure theres a few more.

This off season you were overpaid or got the minimum..

best moves...

Josh Smith to Houston for minimum > Carrol to the Raptors for 15 million a year
Andrea Bargnani to the Nets for minimum > Amir Johnson 12 million a year to Boston

^^^

To be fair, this board is often wrong. And I think the Biz signing was fair value.

I was very pleased we were able to get Marcus Thornton on a minimum deal.

I think the Nets scoured the bargain bin well.

Ellington 1.5
Larkin 1.5
T.Rob min
Bargnani min
W.Reed min

Otherwise

D.West
G.Green
Amare
J.Hill
Biyombo
Pierce
Lin
Smith

Are nice values.

Agreed. None of those are incredible signings (i.e. not West for the minimum), but all were good value signings with the potential to pay off nicely. King put himself in the position, but he did pretty much as well as he could this offseason grabbing those guys, quickly resigning his own guys, and got under the tax.

Basically everyone the spurs signed.

For my raptors is Bismack 2/6, scola 1/3 and Powell 3/2.5

I would agree on Middleton. I think he is on the verge of stardom.

David West obviously a steal.

Danny Green probably the best off the top of my head.

^^^^ Common theme here.

Homer pick: Love, very happy with his contract and the fact hes locked up long term as i thought he'd go the 1+1 road.

Considering the progress, age and scarcity of wings Will Barton is the best value signing of the off-season. Give that kid minutes and he's a legit NBA starter.

Best value?

I'm not sure what you thought he could of landed elsewhere. About the only great value is the fact its a 1 year. Obviously I hope everything works out.
