2nd year is a team option. PDX took a chance and lost with Ezeli but at least they won't be saddled with him next season.

Mahinmi healthy last year was solid. I trust him to be productive over the long term more than Mozzy.

He's gone from the cap next year, though. Same reason Jeff Green shouldn't be on here.
