Celtics/Sixers

Post#1 » by Bentley1225 » Thu Feb 23, 2017 5:00 pm

With Noel trade, this makes sense now as the Sixers aren't destined for playoffs and they give Bogut a chance to compete in playoffs

To Philadelphia
-Tyler Zeller
-2017 Minnesota 2nd round pick

To Boston
-Andrew Bogut

Boston upgrades backup C spot
Philly gets a 2nd rounder

Value is fair. Only issue is whether the Celtics have something bigger in the hopper and they need Zeller's contract for filler.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Excellent point. Ive thought any secondary trade would include their other big expiring, Amir Johnson.
