Crazy Mil/GS/Ind Trade

I doubt all teams would accept this, but you can say the same for about 95% of the trades on here. Anyway, just an idea.

Why for the Bucks: They get young depth to go with Yi and Bogut. Ellis replaces Redd in the lineup. Foster is a great rebounder and will get them a nice spark off the bench. Pietrus would be a nice player off the bench, maybe even starter. I'm not sure how Harrington could play in with this team, I don't imagine the Bucks benching Yi, but Harrington had to be included for salary purposes. He could try to go back to the SF position, although a little big for that now, or he could be a mentor to Yi until his contract runs out. After all this the Bucks also dump Gadzuric's contract. The biggest hit: I do not see much of a hit for the Bucks, then again I don't follow the team, the biggest hit I can see is having Harrington kind of playing a limited role with his money. They could move him in another deal though.
Why for the Warriors: Adding Redd could take them to the next step. Shawne Williams is a nice young prospect and could play the role of Al Harrington in their offense. They move a unhappy Pietrus. Harrison is a nice young big, he has proven to be able to play in the running offense, biggest problem for him is staying healthy though. A nice player off the bench though. The biggest hit: They lose Wright. Wright has great potential, they may not want to trade him, but getting Redd and Williams could make them a contender, they would also still be set up nicely for the future.
Why for the Pacers: Wright is the perfect replacement if we decide to move JO. A Future of Wright and Granger is very bright. I also feel that Croshere's shooting could fit back in with us with our new offense. I'm also hopeful Noel could play a Fred Jones type role for us. The biggest hit: The Pacers take on yet another bad contract in Gadzuric. Wright still hasn't proven anything and we would be giving up Williams and Harrison, both who have shown flashes of a great future. We also lose Foster who is the motor of the team, as well as a fan favorite. It would leave us with little depth at C.
As I said, this was just an idea. I don't know how high GS and Mil value their players, or they players they would be getting. So I'm not sure every team would accept this. I think the Pacers would be willing to throw in a 1st to sweetin the deal if needed. I understand the Pacers probably get a little much considering Wrights potential, but we are also taking on Gadzurics deal, and as I said, would be willing to part with a 1st. If I am off on some areas is there a way to make it work?
What are ya'lls thoughts?
