Absolutely horrifying for the sixers, why would they even think about doing this trade? iguodala has struggled and Brand isnt lighting things up, but to trade for a superstar on the decline when they just managed to scrape together a decent team is just insane!

Can I ask the obvious question? What the hell does realgm status in the subject line mean?

Sixers would laugh at that.

The Sixers and Mavs get raped pretty badly.

I'd take it for DAL. Shawne and James can fill Brandon's void, and Brooks may work out better than JJB.

Undersize PG for undersized PF. It's not bad for Dallas...infact pure talent, it may be good, but what is the point? If we wan sub-6 foot PGs that can score, we have Barea already locked up for 2 years with a TO 3rd.

Unlike ecuhus1981, I truely believe Williams sucks ass no matter where he plays and Singleton plays better at the 3, but because of our quantity of swing players and lack thereof upfront, he is listed as a PF/SF.

After this trade, our depth chart would look like this (Parenthesis for players playing out of position, but can work):

Kidd - Terry - Brooks - Barea
Green - (Terry) - Wright
Howard - George - Williams - Stackhouse
Nowitzki - (Singleton) - (Williams)
Dampier - Diop - (Nowitzki)

So while this is equal talent wise and we win contract wise, I would only do this if we trade one, possibly two of Terry, Barea and Kidd.

BTW, this trade works much better if you take out Brand and Dallas all together.

Could go well for the Mavs but definite no from the Sixers. It's early. Iggy and Brand have not met expectations but with players who have their history...what's a month?

T Mac CAN be one of the rare few, but he has missed a lot of games, and now has fewer prime seasons left.
CENSORED... No comment.

lol

But as a Rockets fan, how can I say no?

Then when he gets to Philly with a beat up team he will not want to play much. No way I can see this happening

I find that ITK9 still having my statement sigged and calling it retarted is funny as hell since it has always been right and Terry is superior even in raw numbers (even neglecting Terry gets less MPG) than Iverson.

He just spreading how retarted he is by calling that retarted.
