bosh isnt all that to begin with and beasley makes considerably less w/ less injury history and comparable upside

keep drinking that pat riley koolaid.

no chance that ever happens. that's bosh's FULL value? get real. that's like the raptors trading Bargnani and an expiring Kapono for Wade. does that sound fair to you?

Joel Pryzbilla (~6.9mil)
Sergio Rodriguez (~900k)
Rudy Fernandez (~1.2mil)
Nicolas Batum (~1.2mil)
~7mil capspace

That gets to 16mil which is enough to take Bosh's 2010 salary. I'm not sure exactly what else it would take to get it done assuming Oden/Roy/LMA are off the board. I figure this package makes more sense for TOR than one built around LMA and no Rudy - as you guys need a defensive/rebounding C and wing talent of some sort. Your lineup after this looks something like this...

Calderon / Ukic / Sergio
Rudy / Parker?
Batum / Kapono
Bargs / Jawai
Pryzbilla / Hump

Probably not the best offer, but from a balance standpoint it might make more sense for you guys... Honestly I don't even know if giving up that much depth makes sense for POR, as it'd kind of force us to turn around and deal LMA for another wing player or two... but I could see it making sense in some elaborate scenario.

nice try, but where's the top flight prospects here? both rudy and batum will take quite some time to mature. portland with blake, roy, outlaw, bosh and oden would be a dynasty.

raps don't need capspace. talent yes, capspace, no. we can find players better than rudy in this draft - and batum has shown limited offensive upside to date.

no thanks

i like the idea of a golden state trade:

steven jackson + wright + #7 + expirings

the atlanta trade looks good too - but i'd prefer a josh smith/marvin williams to a horford/marvin williams seeing as how bargs can stay at the C position, and j-smoove can do his athletic thing at the 4.

frankly i'd most like a joe johnson/zaza trade but i doubt the hawks go for it.

GSW does not have an expiring at the size it takes to bridge Jackson's salary and a Max $ Bosh. Crawford, a 2 yr deal, would have to be the filler.
That actually could be a Bosh deal GSW can accept.

actually, maybe the raps consider as well -

bosh + banks + kapono

for

jackson, crawful, wright, #7

seems pretty fair for both

golden state:

pg monta
sg belinelli
sf randolph
pf bosh
c biedrins

raps:

pg calderon
sg (Draft pick)
sf steve jackson
pf marion
c bargnani

+ #7, #9
