The difference between 18 & 9 is certainly not Corey Brewer + Foye

Foye for the #9, no Brewer, no 18. You can have the 28 though. Raptors will not find a better scorer at #9, though you may find a better PG if Flynn or Lawson is available.

T-wolves quickly decline this, it is very bad for them.

Also, Joey Graham is a free agent so he can't be traded.
