Philly/Chi-Town/Phoenix

Post#1 » by Dedicated_76ers_fan » Mon Jun 29, 2009 5:23 am

Philadelphia Sixers get:
PG Kirk Hinrich

Chicago Bulls get:
PF Amare Stoudemire

Phoenix Suns get:
C Samuel Dalembert
PF Tyrus Thomas

Why for Phoenix: Get younger, athletic, fill position of need.

Why for Chicago: Needed a big man in the post, it got one.

Why for Sixers: Needs a PG. Gets it.

Yeah.... I'm not seeing the Suns wanting that deal. While he only has 2 years left on his deal, Sam's deal still has negative value and isn't going to be attractive to a franchise that's looking to get it's finances in order.

Really he can? Stat's on the last year of his contract. At least Sam and Tyrus fit the running game, Phoenix's system. I mean, I'd throw in a first as well.

Even if he could, from say Golden State. Does he want to make a rival better? An in division team? I think they'd rather send STAT to Chicago.

The Bulls and the Sixers could both add to that deal to make it better for Phoenix. Not sure what would be enough, though.

Sixers could throw in Lou Williams and a pick.
