Yes, the Rockets reject the trade. Why? Becuase Houston has absolutely no desire to become the Houston Knicks... We can win 25-30 games with the roster we have and keep our cap space in 2010, instead of taking on all this salary (Along with the knicks youth) and winning 25-30 games with no cap space.

whatever team you just left NYK with means they can trade John Wall for some serious talent when they land the #1 pick.

So we help the Knicks AND the Jazz?!??!?

I was wrong about Morey - he's the devil!!!

dude...you guys aren't helping the Knicks one bit. This trade is absolutely moronic (and I'm being nice) for the Knicks.

LOLS at fans saying they don't see the Rockets doing this. The Rockets team sucks now with Yao out and TMac out. This would give them 3 good prospects to just take on one more year. This sucks for the knicks because all they do is trade away contracts and all they have to give up is three major pieces to their future. We are fine where we are now. We can sign LeBron or any free agent in 2010 to a max contract so this is really unnecessary and dumb.

Yes. Let me re-iterate for the 8,248,921st time. The Knicks DO NOT need to move Curry and Jeffries to be able to sign Lebron James (or any other big time free agent in 2010). IF they do not move Curry and Jeffries AT WORST they'll have $18 million of expiring contracts and subsequent capspace for the free agency period of 2011 (which will have another super crop of superstar players). Trading everything they have and turning themselves into the NY Liberty (which is what this trade does for them) makes NO SENSE. ZERO. NADA. NIET. NOL. SAIVA. NAKAI. NUL. The only thing this trade will accomplish is to get Donnie Walsh fired and Mike D'Antoni pull his hair out by midseason.

FOR THE LOVE OF PETE, PLEASE...STOP WITH THE NONSENSE.

:nonono: I hope you realize that the above post just went in one ear and out the other. It's like watching a monkey continuously push the same button even though it sends 10,000 volts coursing through it's body. Sad but intriguing at the same time really.

Perfect examples?

Randolph is untradeable Knick fans!
Crawford is untradeable Knick fans!

What do we get 4 those 2? 2010 friendly contracts! *gasp* Let them keep digging a hole.
Those last 70 seconds, Randle in a nut shell.

Awful 2 for 1 3PT attempt when we are up 2
Doesn’t close out on Sabonis --> open 3
Takes another side step off balance 3

We got sucked into the Randle vortex where all good feelings go to die.
