Horrible for Dallas.

What about a counter offer - Buckner and Carroll for Andrew Bogut?

Hey he's not a Bucks fan, ask for Bosh instead.

I learnt my lesson on suggesting Redd to Dallas deals the other day, though I still think he'd be a great fit there.

A healthy Redd doesn't do anything for us that Terry would not do. And now that Kidd, Gortat's and Marion's contracts are all Terry length or longer, I see no reason to focus on 2011 expirings.

He's well ahead of schedule, is already working out and is set to be ready for the opening of the season from all reports.

No, what he would give you is an excellent scoring threat both from outside and from getting to rim while allowing you to maintain Terry's instant offense 6th man role.
Like I said in another thread you guys are a legit contender with Redd imo, no team in the league could guard you, but if you don't think so that's up to you, I'm happy for the Bucks to keep him.

That doesn't really mean anything though, since he's now coming off major knee surgery and has averaged only 53 games the past three years.

Hmm, yeah Dallas would walk away from this deal really quick. While adding Redd would be nice for them, they aren't going to ruin their whole team just to get him.
