Bulls Receive: Rudy, Blake, Outlaw, small TE
Noah/B.Miller
Boozer?/J.Johnson
Deng/Salmons
Salmons/Rudy/Pargo
D.Rose/Blake/Pargo
The Bulls get 2010 cap space while remaining cometitive in the short-term. If the price for Boozer is simple salary savings, T. Outlaw and picks the Bulls could opt to forego the 2010 plan.
Blazers Receive: Hinrich, Tyrus
Oden/Przy
Aldridge/Tyrus
Odom/Batum
Roy/Webster
Hinrich/Bayless
The Blazers make this deal after signing Odom to a reasonable long-term deal. They establish themselves as legitimate title contenders now and in the future.

That's not even fair unless you include Salmons

QFT.
I actually suggested something along these lines (with Rudy iirc) a few months back. A Bulls mod made a good point after I brought this idea up... You don't want a unhappy Thomas getting limited minutes on your team in a contract year. He's got good potential, but probably not the best fit in Portland.
