Case for Toronto: They rid themselves of defensive liabilities in Calderon and Turkoglu while solidifying a supporting cast around Bargnani and DeRozan in a post-Bosh world. Brand's lowpost game should compliment Bargnani's perimeter style while Deng could become a terrific 2nd scoring option as he enters his prime. Williams is a young, talented, affordable scoring guard who could develop into the primary slasher this team so desperately needs...

Jack/Hinrich
DeRozan/Williams/Belinelli
Deng/DeRozan
Bargnani/Johnson
Brand/Bargnani/Evans

Case for Chicago: They create one of the best starting lineups in the NBA while still maintaining some financial flexibility heading into next summer...

Rose/Pargo
Salmons
Turkoglu/Johnson
Bosh/Gibson
Noah/Miller

Case for Philly: They rid themselves of Brand's longterm contract while getting a pass-first PG in Calderon. James gives them an expiring contract to shop around at the deadline. Banks provides them with yet another 2011 expiring contract with Dalembert, Kapono, and Green being the others. Holiday/Iverson playing together in the 2nd unit could benefefit the rookie...

Calderon/Holiday
Iguodala/Iverson
Young/Iguodala
Speights/Young
Dalembert/Speights

toronto gets a real bad deal
