if this issue is the dealbreaker, than you can add the third part at the original trade:
Calderon for other expiring c's contract

(afterwards, Boston should resign EddieHouse bought out)

We don't have a 1st round pick in 2010 and if so, we wouldn't trade it for that fat scrub, named Davis.

That + Charlottes pick. Sounds good for T.O

Rondo/Jack
Allen/Belli
Turk/Derozan
Bargs/Amir
Perks/Rasho

We get expiring, 2 young good players, and a pick. (While dumping Calderon/Evans)

Best case scenario for T.O

don't see the trade

Hell yes from Toronto it's too perfect in a way really we gain a lights out shooter in Ray Ray and get a fantastic young PG in Rondo and a big body in Perkins + we dump Jose whats not to like?

PG: Rondo/Jack/Banks
SG: Allen/Wright/Weems
SF: Turk/DeRozan/Weems
PF: Bargnani/Johnson/??
C: Perkins/Rasho/O'Bryant

+ we would have money to use this off season I believe not much but I think we could use it wisely maybe throw our money at Rudy or Mike Miller then use the MLE on Marcus Camby?

If Bosh re-signs, I would do that even without the 1st rounder. I think that you can and should cut CHA from the deal especially that they wouldn't give a 1st rounder for Davis.

Otherwise a very interesting idea. Good job.

T.O Cap situation if this went through for next season:

Turk $9,800,000
Barg $8,000,000
Jack $4,860,000
Bank $4,752,000
Demar $2,453,880
Marco $2,380,270
Perks $4,390,208
Rondo $9,000,000

$45,635,478, so if the cap stays @ 60, we would be in great shape. (but it won't)

Then, we probably resign Amir, and Wright/Weems (not both) leaving us @ around 50,000,000. I assume Allen would just want vet's min if he doesn't retire, but I don't think he would resign in t.o

So, we would have anywhere from 3 million and 10 million in cap space + MLE. Which we would target @ a backup center and a FA 2. (for around 6-7 millon)

Rondo/Jack
FA/Wright
Turk/Derozan
Bargs/Amir
Perks/MLE

Boston would never do this trade. Not only do we take on 2 overpaid combo gaurds but we lose our best player this season (Rondo and it hasn't even been close). If we wanted to do something like this it would make much more sense to just make a deal based around Rondo / Perk for Bosh / Jose in the summer once Rondo's extension kicks in. Then we could resign Ray Allen and go with a Jose / Allen / Pierce / KG / Bosh line-up.
