We had 8 players in double figures scoring. Duncan was one made 3 from being the 9th. Beautiful balance on offense.

So nice. Love the pace he plays at. So in control and composed.

Had a few turnovers tonight trying to facilitate, but that’s about the only negative I can say. He has been so good lately.

Been trying to figure out his comparable. Seems like a throwback star player from like the 80’s lol. He’s wider and more powerful then Ginobili. To me he’s more comparable to Jimmy.

Thunder Dan?

Jaime Jaquez Jr is being used as a go-too player. And that role is expanding.

JJJ is now shooting 52.5% from the field and 41.3% from 3 ... crazy

that is some straight hazard...coaches leaving crap on the ground, next to a death ledge....

sigh....

total crap

I thought I saw his leg disappear live, but kinda came around to the idea...nobody would be that dumb to have leg deep holes around a basketball court...so figured I saw a bad angle and maybe his leg bent in directions it is not suppose to bend....glad it was not that....but who the heck thought it would be ok to build a court that way....

From the very limited research I did...it appears that court is a part time ice rink so probably a frame with a court on it...hence the lifted court.

Trade Bam and build around Lowry, this is our last chance!

And we know who that team is. The team that we own come playoff time!

Jaime Jaquez Jr plays and performs just like a young Shane Battier. He is literally his clone, outside of that Jaime is actually more seasoned than Shane was when he came in, he is a 4 year version of Shane at this point.

That's going to be a glorious playoff matchup. The two top teams going at it. Boston has a squad this year.

I was shocked when they turned him loose as the dedicated point...it was only for a few minutes....but damn...you just know Spo told him something like show me what you can do, or just let the ball fly or lead this rotation....

Small sample size, but we saw some good and bad from that game. Both times I noticed JJJ in the dribble handoff game he could not really gain enough separation to do what Duncan does on those, and he has not yet quite gotten use to how fast NBA passing lanes close down...but on the plus side JJJ was looking to bend the defense and pass, and if he needs to he can get his shot up. I don't watch a ton of young players, but I do watch Skyforce and I really don't like it when young dudes take terrible shots becuase they seem to feel they have to "eat" when they get the ball in their hands. Skyforce has played some dudes who are clearly heads and tails above G-League's average talent and they can score with ease...but it is not pretty basketball, so I really appreciate JJJ being a young guy who is looking to use his ability to bend a defense and then help others score.

I think JJJ is a lot more clever scorer over Battier and Majerle. He’s crafty as hell and just has an amazing feel for the game. His ceiling is Jimmy and he gets to learn from the master. Strus was more like Thunderfan. Highsmith is Keith Askins or Bruce Bowen.
