Wade and Lebron Purchase Brand New Homes in Miami

Dwyane Wade's new 13,000 sq. ft. home on Miami Beach was purchased for $10.65 million

His home is located on upper North Bay Road is only a few blocks from teammate Chris Bosh's home.

Lebron James's brand spankin new 12,000 sq. ft. home on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove was purchased for a cool $9 million and is said to have 6 bedrooms and 8.5 bath. 3 stories tall with a master suite on the 3rd story.

LeBron's place is like a 4-5 minute drive away from where I live. ;o

It's a beast of a house, that angle of the picture of it doesn't do it justice.

There's no reason to spend that kind of money for a home in Miami. It was recently ranked as the best market to buy a home in the U.S. right now, because the real estate crash hit the area so hard. $10 mil? Sounds like they both got ripped, regardless of how much they make.
