Oh sorry. No meat and no dairy, basically. Even though I exercise six hours a week and avoid eating foods that foster high cholesterol levels, I basically have the heart of someone (in calcium levels) 65 years old (which is a little over ten years older than I am). It's bad genes, so there isn't much to do except diet and exercise and take meds, which I guess is a lot.
One event that should not be missed if you are in South Beach (by the way, you never know how good Miami is until you leave it): Smith & Wollensky has this wine festival in the afternoons during the springtime. I'm not sure which days. You can sample about a dozen different wines for $50 or so. Basically, you get hammered on delicious offerings of the grapes while watching the boat & ship traffic on Enterprise Cut. It's Elysian.
Sorry to hear that gomy,
I can't wait to visit south beach. I'll def try to check those places out. I love a good meal, up here in Canada where I live the restaurants suck.
Oh no, I'm good. I just have to watch what I eat and keep moving. By the way, I love Toronto and Montreal cuisine. Montreal is a funny city. I had the sensation you live underground there.
