Lol @ nba.com http://www.nba.com/preview/2014/MIA/index.html
This article is weak as hell. The title is great but I mean... they don't even mention Ennis.
You can tell this was somehow prewritten. It seems so 2 months ago. Says we have no fire power besides Cole and Granger on the bench... the hell? ENNIS AND NAPIER HELLO. Williams is showing strides too.

While the Lakers were going after Anthony in vain, they quietly pursued Chris Bosh as well, but he preferred the carcass of the Heat

What a dumbass.
Even if money was not on the table this is what Chris would get.
1) Better opportunity to stay with the Heat and Win games
2) Go deep in the post-season
3) Already settled in, knowing his ins and outs of the team and progressing to a stronger role now.
With Lakers.
Lose.
Even if they got Melo, god help the other Laker players(Aside from Kobe) CB would average like 2ppgs with 1 FGA.

Former #2 overall pick Hasheem Thabeet was cut by the Pistons. I'm not sure what surprises me more, that this bum has earned ~ $16,700,000 not playing basketball, or that he outlasted Michael Beasley on an NBA roster.

Re: Around the NBA 10.0
Well i wanted to make that post because during the past, Pat Riley did find some good players (ok US) in France :
- UD
- Bruce Bowen
- Isaac Austin
it has been a while.. So i checked the US players playing this season in France, i have already talked about Daequan Cook who is playing for Rouen
Number 21 :
But the biggest suprise was 2 names :
Da'Sean Butler (number 1) and Lionel Chalmers (number 8) who is Rio's brother playing in the same team
http://www.lnb.fr/fr/Pro-A/200005/Equip ... lons-Reims
Ranked : 16th / 18 teams
So just forget about it

Think I should just give up reading articles by fans with a degree in journalism... smh

or maybe I'm a homer with high expectations, even if that is a 2nd round exit lol

Just take a look at his profile. #1 Cavs writer the last two months. Same with Henry Abbott, a known LeBron stan.
The agendas are so obvious. Downplay the Heat to prop up LeBron.

Pittman got waived.
Can't believe me, including a lot of us here, thought Pittman had some sort of future. But he's a journeyman before he is a regular rotational player...

It is amazing how Lebron managed to leave all of the hate down here that he brought in the first place. His PR people got so much better the last three years.
Oh well. Whatever he does in Cleveland it will never be the same as it was the first season here. That was the biggest craziest show since the Rodman/Pippen/Jordan Bulls. Just rockstar attention.

Yeah, I think it was you who had that excellent post about LeBron taking all the fun and leaving all the hate.
It's funny how LeBron is spouting the same BS as a Cav that he was here, except when he said it here he got criticized for it. That's why I'm still bitter about LeBron leaving. I don't mind the actual decision, I would have done the same in his shoes, but I hate how he made us out to be the villain and acted like he wasn't being a complete snake. It's in the past now I guess, but that's what rubbed me wrong.
Doesn't help that the legion of LeBron stans that used to be "Heat fans" are now working around the clock to downplay our current team and our past teams only to elevate LeBron.

So Jimmy Butler has torn ligaments in his thumb. That sucks for the Bulls.

And it's just the beginning for them
their team always has injury issues
just read an article how Noah's knee will be a problem all year long

Boston Celtics might surprise some oddsmakers this year. Their team w/o Rondo is starting to look good. Sullinger has been feasting, Smart is getting better and they still have J green, Crash and Rondo. They might make the playoffs this year.

And Pau is overdue for an injury it seems. Ugh. All these injuries suck.

Do you want to give some fans in here a heart attack? Can you imagine two Chalmers in one team?

Lol what do you mean?
edit : oh I read the article on GB. I know they have looked good in preseason, but I am curious to see how it works in a real game. I think Love will be fine tbh. He already had the 3 point in his arsenal. We had to wait a few years for Bosh to put it in his game. AND Love rebounds better than Bosh.
I think Kyrie would more likely fudge things up, and Waiters.

Lionel is Rio's cousin, not his brother. And what the hell? They got a European HEAT team over there?
