I rally wanted to Ennis to take advantage of the opportunity. I couldn't tell that he couldn't or Spo didn't let him. He seems a little bit hesitant to play freely... it's unfortunate.
There was a game where Ennis was hesitant in 1st half, better in 2nd half
Ennis gets yanked 4 mins in and gets garbage time minutes. The only way for rookies or anyone to grow is to let them play...
Ennis didn't even look that bad. He looked bad with Deng and Bosh out there though. Ennis was in the wrong line up. I thought he should have got out there with the bench at least.
Ennis, like Deng and Bosh... seem like players only good with Wade who makes plays for them as well as passes to them in their spot. Others just try to take matters into their own hands, same with Ennis, and its just bad shots all around
This team needs a lot of work. It is going to take some time... maybe even 30 games seeing as everyone is taking forever to get healthy at the same time...
Yeah, Spo is a pretty instinctive coach. So he picks up on chemistry and energy and all that spooky stuff pretty well.
We need Wade, we need more guys healthy, we have to be pretty lucky to have all that going in our favor to be a good team. It's not going to be easy, but it's too early to be too negative. We should be able to find a way to get better.
