I watched the game and yes Elfrid was on his back almost all the time,
but even when he shook him loose Goran just passed the ball to someone
at the 3 pt line even though he was free to shoot.

Yeah that's what happens when you're uncomfortable. Payton took him out of the game. I remember one of the other suns fans telling me tht he wont force the issue if he's not feeling it. I think we'll see more of what we saw in the Philly game than in the ORL game. Payton's defense was otherworldly.

EDIT: I mean unless you're telling me he's even better than the Philly game... :o

Tonight is sorta a "big" game in my eyes for Dragic. I mean he is going up against Norris Freaking Cole. If he doesn't dominate tonight, then I'm not sure about this guy going forward. Especially not for the "max".

I need atleast 20&8 tonight. If not, we got the wrong guy in my book!

Cole was playing with a chip on his shoulder last game so its understandable. Dragic shoild be able to dominate tonight though.

Good for Norris. I hope he plays well for the Pels. He was **** for us though, and I'm glad he has a chance to make a name for himself elsewhere.

Guys relax on the "Dragic needs to show up tonight or else we got the wrong guy" stuff. Dragic took about half a season to find his bearings with the Suns (I would know: I had him on my 2013 fantasy team), but once he did he was one of the best guards in the league.

everybody must be bending over backwards in the organization to keep him happy. Must be showering him w/ gifts & sh(*)t

He's probably getting way better p**sy in Miami than he did in Phoenix, that alone would make any man feeling happy and spoiled.

Cole 0-10

Dragic 20/5, could have done more if not in foul trouble... fair enough

its nice to have guard who can actually finish at the **** rim and transition... thats where we missed a lot of our easy points due to Rio and Cole bricking stuff.

Also Cole couldnt contain Dragic, Dragic just zipped passed him like nothing lol

couldnt get the W tho... for other reasons. Its funny, we get blown out if Cole plays like that. Definitely the talent around him should be much better to not be hurt by Hole. We paid full price cause everyone else around him was equal.

I officially love Dragic. He's like everything Jason Williams should have been.

When Bosh returns, the spacing is going to be amazing. He and Goran should beast on the pnr too. I think this season should be about Wade and Goran learning to coexist in the backcourt. Dragic really looks good initiating the offense. Wade looks reluctant to concede control of the ball again, but really he was super efficient playing next to LeBron. Maybe he wasn't quite as comfortable, but we got great results with him playing off ball.

If the team is built right, he could be a plus 10 assist and 20 plus points player in Miami. You already see what he can do improvising in our offense. But once he learns the system, the players and our coaches learn his game he should explode. I said at the beginning of the season, if Wade is our leading scorer we will struggle. Now that we have dragic, wade can do less scoring and focus more on defense, and getting easy buckets. Really wish Bosh was here, his scoring would go up playing with dragic.

20/10 is insane. I'm just hoping for 15/7 when Bosh returns.

But I wouldn't be mad if it were higher!!

20ppg might really be a bit much with Bosh back, but I really don't think 10apg is out of the question.

I think you have it backwards. Dragic could do 20ppg. I don't think he will ever average 10 assists, 7 is probably the most he could average. Dragic isn't the traditional point guard some of you are expecting, he is much more like Manu Ginobili.

Oh I know Dragic isn't a typical pass first PG and I don't really expect 10apg, but unlike the Suns, we do have a ton of scoring options. He is a capable and crafty passer and 8-10apg wouldn't shock me at all.
