I think that if you were to ask every fanbase in the league if they would trade their current starting power forward for Bosh (straight up, ignoring contracts) for next season, only the Pelicans and Clippers would give you a definitive no.

What can I say? I think PFs need to be able to rebound.

Fair enough, everyone is allowed their opinion. Rebounding is one of his weaknesses, but I think his offensive/defensive versatility, shooting, and high bbiq still make him one of the best power forwards in the league. He is our best player (by a slight margin) imo.

On this board we seriously overrate our players, then no surprise we read Spoelstra bashing.

There's some truth there.

But Spo sucks.

The only PF i would take over Bosh is LaMarcus and Anthony Davis. Bosh is a better offensive player than every PF except for LaMarcus. And you guys forget, Bosh average 21 pts with the worse point guard play in the league. This is not even counting the leadership.

I'd probably take Griffin over Bosh too, but you're totally right. I can't wait to watch Dragic and Bosh running the pick and roll. Dragic terrorized defenses with Frye and the Suns. If we can get more 3 point shooters and Bosh at 100%, watch out.

6. Z-Bo
7. Bosh
8. Love
9. Pau Gasol
10. Ibaka

i voted top 10 but now that I look over the names he can got between 5-8. If you asked me this question at the start of the season I would have said top 4-5 for sure. As of right now 7th

This Bosh is a close 2nd to Davis:

Torching the Aldridge/Lopez frontcourt

Besmirching the Griffin/Jordan frontcourt

Schooling Phoenix's young centers

Taking a dump on Noah and the Bulls

That's an assertive Bosh who calls for the ball and has plays run for him inside and out. Absolutely lethal in the triple threat position. He's the most talented scoring big in the NBA.

Problem is we don't get to see that Bosh most nights (for a variety of reasons, not all of them Bosh's fault), and until we do he's comfortably behind Davis, Griffin, Aldridge, and Duncan if you consider Duncan a PF.

Amazing! The same Bosh that just held up the Heat for a 5 year max contract while Wade took another pay cut on a 2 year deal to help the team sign Deng and preserve flexibility to chase Durant in 2016.

Bosh didn't hold anyone up. The Rockets offered him that money. That's what he is worth.

Bosh has no chronic injury concerns and is easily a top 5 PF. Definitely the best stretch forward in the world and can fulfill the value of his contract since his game doesn't wear on him.

Bosh can't rebound (pretty evident by this point, only put up 9-10 rebounds in Toronto because he played with Bargnani and he hasn't come close to that since going to Miami), and he's not really a true first option scorer, there's no way he is top 3. Davis, Griffin and LMA are easily better as of now.

Next tier I'd probably put Zbo, Duncan, Milsap.

After that, probably Pau Gasol, Kevin Love and Bosh.

Throw Draymond Green in there to finish out the top ten.

I have him 3 or 4. He is an elite pick and roll defender, elite midrange shooter, elite clutch shotmaker, #2 scoring option, durable, great locker-room guy. The only #1 options at power forward are Griffin, The Brow, and LMA.

Zbo Gasol Millsap Love ... lol I was sure there were going to be Bass and Sullinger in your list in front of Bosh too

Also, Bosh has career RPG of 8.6 while LMA is at 8.4. Care to guess their career PPG? 19.3 for Bosh and 19.4 for LMA ... while taking note that Bosh played 4 season with those guys Dwyane Wade AND Lebron James. Let's take defense out of the question because Bosh eats LMA alive on that end. Wait maybe LMA has a better FG% than Bosh? Nope. Surely he is a better three point shooter than Bosh? Nope. But LMA made playoffs on his own! Yeah, he had to drag scrubs such as Lillard, Matthews, Batum and Lopez there. I'm running out of arguments for LMA.

Their head2head numbers are interesting, especially considering that Bosh was a distant 3rd option 4 of the last 5 years:

Bosh: 24.8 ppg - 8.0 rpg - 1.0 bpg - .545 fg% - .894 ft%
LMA: 21.9 ppg - 9.3 rpg - 0.5 bpg - .481 fg% - .824 ft%
