if he "had" been traded to Boston, does it mean he wasn't traded at all? LOL

I like what it bodes for Richardson, but unless there's something else in play or Zoran just asked for the move after accessing his PT opportunity, I don't get it.

And people thought we were keeping him because of Goran. We paid the man and Zoran would have wanted to play anyway, which he would NOT have gotten here

I am fine with this move.

So many people on Twitter are going to be so confused and think we just traded Goran. It's going to be hilarious.

Ty Johnson and Richardson have really shown the HEAT something. I also think that Zoran has done enough to deserve a chance to see the floor. On this team, it wasn't constructed in a way that it would of been easy for him to do that.

I guess we don't care about 2nd rounders at all given the decent quality of undrafted free agents available and in d league. But then again, they love j rich.

Assuming Ennis' contract isn't picked up (which it shouldn't be) we didn't need to clear a roster spot. That's why I'm wondering if something else is potentially brewing.

I get that these guys are at the end of the bench, but that's going to be the situation regardless. We're not going to have a roster of 15 contributors. Without a follow up, this is just shuffling for the sake of shuffling, tagged with a 2nd rounder that we'll never see.

Its possible for us to guarantee Ennis's contract then cut him

I always thought tho Pat kept the roster at 14, so we can add dudes midway through the season...

We need to cut Ennis and Walker I think to make that happen. Unless... Heat might be giving someone else a 2nd chance

I feel like they should have gone for unprotected 2nd or offloaded bird and Chalmers too. Oh well. Good for jrich and Winslow. Less clutter in the SG sf area now. We still need a big and someone like a Beasley . doesn't have to be Beasley .
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Well, that'd be a nice gesture to Ennis, but I don't see how he gets a legit spot.

As far as that second chance, if I'm reading that right in lieu of recent events, NOPE!

We gave Boston our 2020 second rounder. So now we have a 2018 second round pick, but otherwise none until 2021.

Assuming our 2016 1st does get conveyed to Philly, that means we only have first rounders in 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2022. We cannot trade consecutive future #1 picks, so none of these are available as sweeteners.

I'd rather have Zoran than Ennis or Walker. The only chance he got to actually play he performed well.

I remember 11-30 with these guys. ^
