I bet most current Heat players would refuse to be coached by those two clowns.

Getting traded in the middle of the season seems like it would suck...you gotta move to a new city within a day basically. At least Chalmers and Ennis have each other.

Rio would give no ****. He'd take charge.

Thats normal, Heat looked like the were starting to click. Also, must of been a fun locker room this year with a full training camp under their belt and the bonding they did. Anyone would be sad especially Rio with all the memories. Even so this was needed, hope they both kill it in the West!

I've had some time to process this trade and I don't know how to feel yet. Sure, I was one of the louder Rio haters on the board. He cost us games with his stupid decisions and made us throw multiple random objects at the TV screen while he dribbled the ball for no reason for 10 seconds 5 feet behind the 3 point line ... But he had a lot of great moments in a Heat jersey too. He had some big games in the playoffs, even in the finals against OKC and Spurs. Truth be told, I barely remember the time before Rio. Yes, he was a schmuck, but he was our schmuck. I'll miss him. And I wish him all the best In Memphis.

It really is the end of an era.

They gave him the ball tonight in the 4th quarter. He earned their trust and the crowd cheered him hard when he left about 6 minutes in the 4th. It was great to see. Then they brought him out for the last few minutes - standing ovation.
