and after a short summer, the bruins are back! The beggining will be celebration, but once the horn sounds, it's time to get to work. Hopefully they didn't party too hard this summer. Who am I kidding, I know they did



My season predictions sure to go wrong is a Vezina for Thomas, a Presidents Trophy, but no re-peat. Hopefully I'm wrong on that last part.

Some great chances fanned away from tremendous defense by the flyers. Timmonen has been huge for them.

Tough one. Fun night that started off great for Bruins fans, but that end of the first period through the end of the second period was just brutal. Gave up two quick goals and had what felt like 1 shot the whole period.

Oh well. Old friend Tomas Kaberle and Carolina next up.
