Reviewing the ones who may fall to Carolina at #12. Right now, Dougie Hamilton seems to be the man. But I have also seen a bit good said about Sven Baertschi, Mark McNeill and Duncan Siemens on mocks having them to to us at #12. Will have to see who I like after a bit more research.
