Atlas Genius's debut album is going through final mixing. Maybe we'll see an early 2013 release?

Nice! Really been digging them lately.

Are you going to Walk The Moon at Turner Hall tonight? I'm freaking pumped.

Nay, didn't know they were there. Enjoy. I am going to get tickets to go see Yo La Tengo there in February, though.

My favorite song right now, and also I think Local Native's best track:

Completely awful video IMO, lol, but the song has grown on me. I was indifferent at first but I came around to it. Had not heard 'Forever' until now, so my opinion is still TBD.

Did everyone notice the Grammy noms? As if anyone cares, regardless, but still. Mumord, Black Keys, and Lumineers make appearances. After so much folk-rock on the Folk award last year, I thought it was interesting Mumford and Luminteers didn't get classified as such and that the Folk award this year is more true folk. Not sure how I feel about that. Good for all three getting nominated in general, though. I'm sure Mumford and Black Keys will clean up. Way too much FUN, but you know...pop awards show generally.
