Porter will not drop out of the lottery.

Yep. No chance. He's going to be a guy that rises.

If we're going to talk about a guy who was considered lottery who will likely drop, it's Archie Goodwin. And mostly because he's not very good.

Archie is all right. He gambles too much on defense and has a long way to mature, but he's only 18 and could grow into a nice player over the next 10 years.

I wouldn't be mad if the Bucks drafted him assuming they can wait on his development.

He an athlete, nothing more at this point and I don't think you can hide someone with no discernible skill at the two in the NBA without some really, really good players next to him. If we were farther down, maybe I'd take a shot on him. At 15, I could easily name 15 guys I rather have by quite a wide margin.

Way too many whistles in this Marquette game. Damn near making the game unwatchable.

Well I think you're a little hard on him. He's got some real talent and 15-20 is a fine spot for him where I think he'd be value. I don't disagree there are other guys of value later in the draft either.

Gardner is the most under appreciated big man in the country.

Gardner and Mayo are stepping up at the right time. Currently up 4 over Syracuse with 3:37 left and Junior going to the freethrow line for 2.

They just have to learn to run the offense through Gardner when he's in the game. He's probably the smartest offensive player on this team.

You can say that again! Great win and huge games by Gardner and Mayo. Both clutch down the stretch.

Unrelated to this game specifically but I wonder if Badger fans are still "glad Vander Blue left"? He's gonna be something special next year I bet. And this year, what a massive improvement over last. 46% shooting from 39% a couple years ago. Brandon Jennings taking notes?
