Ersan will figure things out. He is a hustler and a battler. He has had some bad shooting streaks before. He will scrap his way out of it.

Disagree with the post above that lumped Bogut in with Redd and Big Dog in the apathy department. Bogut came to camp fat faced once or twice. But when he was on the floor he always gave up his body, played with energy, and showed passion. His offense was not always there. But I disagree that he was a low effort guy.

Yep, now 17th in O and 5th in D. Still #1 defensive rebounding and pace.

@ MIA
vs. CHI
@ CHI
vs. NYK

Man, that's a brutal stretch. I'd be really happy finishing 2-2.

Blocks, steals, assists, turnovers, etc... it's all looking pretty good albeit not even 10 games in.

Plus we play the Hornets+Bobs in the front end and @Minn after it, three of the better defensive team out there right now. Prepare to be knocked around.

Im not too worried about Ersan. He always starts a little slow. Last year, it took him a little over a month to turn it on, and he was irrelevant in the early stages of the FTD year.

I'm hoping to get both of the home games. Not expecting us to beat Miami, unless Wade is maybe out. Then again we did play Miami fairly well last season. I would definitely take 2-2 and hope for 1-3 at the worst.

Yeah, Ted Davis and Krause mentioned this last night near the end of the game. They said Ersan cares almost too much that he gets down on himself when not playing well. I think he just needs 1 big game and he'll be okay.

Was it the Sacremento game that turned him around. Was that last year or the year before? I forget.

We are never going to be a favorite against Miami... but I'd feel more confident against them if we had Moute.

With the guys we have now though it is even a bigger mismatch than normal. Tobes and Dunleavy guarding LeBron? Monta guarding Wade?

Like others have noted, last night was encouraging for Ersan. He missed a couple of layups but he played aggressive and at least neutralized David West. I still think that Dunk over Hibbert would've been huge for his confidence unfortunately Hibbert read it and made the perfect block.

Miami won't be able to score inside unless the refs bail them out, which what will probably happen.

We know the refs will give the stars on the Heat the benefit of the doubt. I think one advantage the Bucks have is that we have a number of bigs and the Heat don't. If we get the same Samuel Dalembert that we got last night, and you mix in Larry Sanders, Udoh and if Ersan can find his shot and help spread the floor I don't see why we couldn't have a very competitive series with them.

Last year the Bucks were a mess and they still managed to beat the Heat twice, and I think our team this year is much better. Moute would obviously be an important piece in a series against the Heat, we need his defense to help slow down either Wade or LeBron and then let the other one try to beat you. I think our guys are hungry, with 2 of your key players playing for contracts, that's a good thing for us fans...it's time for them to bring it, and so far they have for the most part.

Honestly, I'd feel okay with Monta guarding Wade. Just tell him to follow him all over the court, play ball denial, and try not to reach too too much. Monta has comparable speed to Wade.
