Ugh....nooooooo, this would be such a standard Bucks move, straight out of the playbook.

I have to admire Memphis. They're 22-10 and yet are completely realistic about their chances of contending.

This seems to be primarily about avoiding the luxury tax. I think they'd prefer to keep Gay if possible.

As the Wiretap suggest above, the Suns and Grizzles have been discussing a Gay for Dudley trade. I wish we could get into this

Bucks get: Dudley
Grizzles get: Ellis/Beasley
Suns get: Gay

So I think we can put this one to bed. No way the Bucks should be making a move like this without Skiles as coach.

If the Grizzlies want Dudley they're not turning down the chance to get him and take Ellis.

This type of money should never be tied up in a SF in today's league (sans those named Durant or LeBron).

Gay is definitely better than Ellis, but he essentially guarantees us to be that perennial, mediocre 8th-9th seed for the next 3 years. He can't shoot, dribble, or pass at anything above average level.

The Grizz hired that ESPN stat nerd. They're not taking Ellis and Beasley.

Grizz are one of my favorite teams and if they trade for Dudley I will be sad. I can't stand Dudley. Even though Gay isn't taking 'the leap' I'd still much rather have him than Dudley.

Rudy Gay is close to breaking out as a star and might be worth the risk for some teams, but he's still not there.
