sparky is almost at tears. It just sounds like he's given up all hope. Ted Davis is doing his best to try and lighten the mode.

I love the fact that 1250 spends as much time as they do covering the Bucks. Sparky clearly has a lot of pull within the group there and cares about the coverage.

I really like Ted Davis. But he's an idiot. Was listening to it before an he still thinks we can win the division.

*mindblown*

Was thinking the exact same thing. He's great on the radio, but does he really believe the inane stuff he was saying today?

The best was the interview with Greg Anthony.

Ted Davis basically stopped Anthony talking about the team and said his "I think they have a good shot at the division" and Anthony sounded like he wanted to slap him upside the head.

Davis was initially only going to be on for an hour, but he stayed longer because 'company mode' was needed. OKC lucked out gentlemen, if they draft Oden, we aren't talking about them.

They do have a good shot at the division still. It's midseason and they are only a few games back. If this team gets it's s*** together, they can make a run. I'm not saying it's likely to happen but it's not as if we are looking up at the Miami Heat.

Also, Sparky's postgame show tonight will probably be must-listen to radio. The Big Show was great today. 3 hours of Bucks talk.

Sparky gets points from me today. Ted Davis loses them. And the other guy who pretends he was a real NFL player and can't speak English never had any to begin with.

What for you guys expect Ted to say? Lack of interest in the team hurts his ratings. I can't get mad at him for being optimistic. We have a long way to go.

It was all a good listen.

Anthony is correct. Until the Bucks develop an identity, they will continue to really struggle as an organization.

He clearly didn't think the Bucks were in the class of the Bulls or Pacers.

The Bucks aren't in the class of the Bulls or Pacers. That's the simple truth right now.

Both of those teams are ahead of the Bucks while missing their #1 players. The Bucks are about as healthy as they can be and they've been that way all season (with apologies to Beno...but every team has a Beno type player who misses time). Throw in present day differences in coaching between the Bulls/Pacers and the Bucks, and the gap becomes even wider.
