Watching Curry is confusing. You see him throw up these crazy threes and think his shot selection is disgusting but he's somehow still one of the best 3 point shooters ever.

I've watched a fair few of their games this year and have been amazed by that very thing, but you actually come around to twigging that him shooting an off balance, crazy shot from 3 with a hand in his face actually probably is a better chance of going in than a shot from an open guy that is a noted 3 point shooter.

So yea Golden State won aye. That Steph kid looks good.
But yea another big win for them. Really fun team to watch. And KD is so beautiful to watch when he gets going.

Yes, it did sound like he was possibly getting closer to a comeback. But for those interested in possibly seeing him this weekend in Milwaukee, officially isn't going to happen --- well if you take Bucher serious I guess. He may be traveling with the team though. Curious if he does travel if he'll be snarky about his time here or positive. And I would assume he'd be back for the March 9th match-up.

You could make the argument he is the best three point shooter ever given his volume, shot selection, and his career percentages. He's 2nd all-time behind Kerr in 3PT%. Kerr was almost exclusively a spot up shooter, he got to play several seasons with the shortened line, and his volume per minute was also much lower. Kerr has a career mark of 3.6 3PTA per36. Curry has a career mark of 5.3, and that has increased every year to the point that he's at 6.6 this year.

Only 59.5% of his threes are assisted this year. That is nuts. When you look at the yearly leaderboard for 3PTA and percentages players are almost always in the 85-95% range. Kerr was almost certainly near the 90% mark.

Novak is currently 4th all time. His AST% this year is 95%. Korver is at 95.7%.

Nash probably has the best argument, but his career percentage is quite a bit lower than Curry and his volume was much lower. Nash's career 3PTA per36 is 3.6. That is brought down somewhat by his longevity, but he was never a hugely prolific three point shooter. His highest season in terms of per minutes attempts (4.9) is less than Curry's career average of 5.3. It is only slightly better than Curry's career low mark of 4.7 from his rookie year. As mentioned, Curry is at 6.6 per36 this year, which obviously blows Nash's highest season out of the water. Nash actually only had five seasons where he averaged 4+ 3PTA per36, and he only had the one season higher than Curry's current career low.

He's a remarkable shooter.

Did you ever get the pleasure of watching him at Davidson?

Man you would have loved it. You knew exactly what was coming every possession, double stagger for steph, flare into a dribble handoff for steph, pin down for curry, etc...but teams couldn't stop it at all. They'd run him 5-6 feet off the 3pt line and he'd catch and fire anyway, and hit because he only needed a sliver of space. It was incredible to watch. There was even a game his junior year where a team doubled him off ball the entire game and was content to play 3 on 4 because they knew they had no chance to guard him any other way. It obviously didn't work, but still.

I think all the other fake logos were better than that one. This one looks cluttered and like a poor photoshop done by a high schooler in digital arts class.

These ones are still my favorite by far even if they are a bit unconventional.
