Probably something small like Dalembert getting moved. They'll probably listen to offers for Jennings and Ellis but eventually decide to just keep them, allowing Ellis to opt out at years end and see what Jennings commands on the open market. I have a sneaking suspicion that whatever Jennings gets in RFA we will no doubt tie our hands behind our back and bite the curb with him, crippling the franchise and making every bucks fan wish we had moved him at the deadline.

bucks out-illyasova/MD

Atlanta out-Josh smith

second trade

bucks out-daly/harris/second round pick

magic out J.J Reddick

Reasoning for both trades. Look guys we all know kohl will not blow it up. He will push for the playoffs but I believe both these trades will help keep kohls goal together while still getting enough expiring contracts together to match anything Jennings gets. I fully believe we match Jennings offer in his RFA period. we don't give up a first round pick. We get a player in smith that's more talented than anything we have now, gives us a post player and another guy in that starting unit to block shots, rebound, and run the floor with Jennings and ellis.

The Reddick trade gives us another expiring contract and a younger player than Dunleavy who can shoot just as good if not better.

Something silly like this

Gooden/Udrih/2nd

for

N.Robinson/Boozer

then hopefully these as well (but wont happen)
Ersan for Derozan/Kleiza
Ellis for Grainger

Jennings/Derozan/Grainger/Boozer/Sanders

I have long feared that the Bucks would acquire Boozer.

It would make for the all time greatest Bucks jersey to wear at Summerfest, however.

Would much prefer getting rid of Ellis or Jennings.

I believe the Bucks FO has a lot of discussions, but they find they don't like the return. They worry about the impact on the playoff run and secondarily on fan reaction about the lightweight return. They decide not to decide - and do nothing.

They will tell us the oatmeal lineup we has is filet mignon.

My thoughts exactly. The Bucks probably value their assest more than the league does. Lowball offer after lowball offer fitting of what "Milwaukee" deserves. I'd pass on all deals that clearly don't make the team better on the basketball court. Jennings/Monta are worth more than lottery protected firsts as well.

I don't think the Bucks make a move.

Because I'm now leaning more towards blowing it up, I probably could be sold on Jennings, Ersan and our 1st for Josh Smith. The Hawks can decide what to do with Teague/Jennings longterm. The Bucks can hope to sell Smith on the defensive value of playing next to Larry Sanders longterm. If he walks, he walks.

Given that:

1. Ellis is gone at the end of the season
2. Bridges have been burned to the point where Jennings/Milwaukee will not work long-term, so Milwaukee will not match what some dumb team will pay Jennings as a FA.
3. Dalembert has no little to no value to the Bucks when Sanders is healthy.
4. I choose to believe that it is painfully obvious to Sen. Kohl that Team Swag needs to go away.

I predict:
1. Ellis is moved to someone in the playoff hunt in exchange for expirings plus a low first round pick.
2. Jennings is moved to Atlanta for Teague + filler
3. Dalembert is moved to someone in the playoff hunt for expirings plus a young player or 2nd round pick.

I'd rather see the Bucks sign Gadzuric to a 10 yr, $100M deal than have them pull the trigger on this. :D

Probably a small move. If Larry sanders leaves, I'm burning my Bucks jerseys and becoming an advocate for moving the team.
The Bulls are the absolute worst.

I really don't get all the people claiming that Hammond is just sitting waiting for the phone to ring. The Bucks have been in the middle of quite a few rumors, and I suppose where there is smoke there is fire.

Since Hambone always surprises the crap out of me, I'm predicting a few deals;

MKE IN: Dudley, W Johnson, Shannon Brown, lower of PHX 1st
MKE OUT: Ellis, Pryz, Daniels, MKE 1st

And then an second expiring type deal;

MKE IN: Perkins, Lamb, OKC 2nd (from CHA)
MKE OUT: Daley, Dunleavy

MKE IN: Gordon, CHA 1st from POR
MKE OUT: Udrih, Udoh, OKC 2nd (from CHA)

Jennings, Brown, Lamb
Gordon, Lamb
Dudley, Moute, Wes, Harris
illy, Moute, Henson
Sanders, Perkins, Gooden

And
POR 1st Round ~15
LAK 1st Round ~13

I've seen it.

I predict a trade w/ ATL of Jennings/Dalembert/Udoh for Josh Smith and Jeff Teague.

Interesting the SEC would give an ACC player defensive player of the year honors. He got those honors from blocking shots, which is very normal in college for tall lanky players to do. His big challenge will be to add some weight to his body. In the pro's people attack you at the rim to nullify shot blocking talent, when this happens, you have to be strong, which Henson is not yet, and may never be.

You are sarcastic but correct with your minutia which is clearly not the issue in my comment. That having been said, the ACC is an even bigger endorsement than the SEC vis-a-vis Henson's defensive upside which is clearly HUGE. Glad that you are on the facts and stats--now learn about the essence of Professional Basketball
