I'm revoking my prediction. Have a feeling this will be just like the 2009 deadline. Hammond gets zero accomplished and we hear leaks for the next two months of possible deals we declined.

Adrian Wojnarowski ‏@WojYahooNBA
Teams pursuing Josh Smith deal believe Atlanta is still searching for a trade scenario that ships him to the Western Conference.

Hammond is staring at a per-realignment Central division thinking "They'll never trade him to us".
Go Bucks!

Nothing major will happen, maybe fat Sammy but i don't believe Ellis has much value and i want to wait and deal Jennings in the off season where maybe you can put together a package and get a pick around 5-7. I wanted to say when the Bucks would have a new owner/GM but at least one dolt will apparently be around.

There's a parade passing through town today. Heading for the Land of Better Talent. The music from it is growing louder, though it rises and falls with the winds.

I don't know why my team shows no real sign of joining the parade. Why my hopes are thin. But I know that when it leaves the city limits this afternoon, neither it nor anything like it will return this season. The music will fade and be gone.

And my team will be motionless and alone -- captive in the box it built for itself.

Started the year with our GM saying this team needed to overachieve a little to make the playoffs, right now I'd settle for the GM overachieving on the trade front. Just want to experience feeling like my team won a trade. Basically what the Lakers fans feel every time a deal is made with them involved.

Oh man I hope you are wrong about that. An entire roster of decent expirings... To do nothing at all with it when the team so clearly needs a move would be ridiculous, especially since we just extended him

I reaffirm what I said on page 10
Hammond will once again fail to get anything for our expirings - Ellis, Dalembert, Udrih, Dunleavy will all walk w/o us getting any compensation.
BJ will threaten to walk & we'll grossly overpay.
Kohl will NOT amnesty gooden.
we'll trade back in the draft.

I spoke about expirings not getting traded but i failed to predict what Hammond will do overall at the deadline-

NOTHING

Does that suggest we're adding a PG, in some fashion?

I still doubt a major deal gets done.

Even Buck Pack has been beaten down by Ron Walter.
