Then hopefully we sit his ass down on the bench like we did to S-Jax.

Boylan isn't going to rock the boat with Monta, just no way

Redick wasn't the starter in Orlando either, he'll be the 6th man and back up Brandon and Monta

I'll be shocked if it's any other way

It'll be the wrong decision, but we'll continue to start Ellis and bring JJ off the bench.

Would make sense to start Redick and play him 25 min at SG. Let Monta come in at the 7 min mark, bring Reddick back in at the 3 min mark and let him stay until Jennings is ready to come back in at the 9 min mark of the 2nd quarter to play with Monta the rest of the half. That is 10 min for Redick in the first half.

I think it makes sense to have Redick play like Dunleavy. Have Jennings and Monta create for him and get him shots. Use him as the secondary ball handler in the backcourt.

No kidding. That would be best case scenario, I hope we piss him off so much with PT that he doesn't for second consider resigning with us in the offseason even if we overpay...

Redick really played the point in Orl?

I'm hoping that Ellis plays more like 30 min a game, Jennings 35, Redick 25-30, Dunleavy or Ish Smith 5. I'm guessing one of Ellis or Jennings is always on the court as the point.

And I'm hoping that the coaching staff puts in some different plays for Redick at the 2, so that it's not just handoff to a guard somewhere at the top of the key or continuous screens to get a guard the ball up there with a marginally effective pick and roll to follow. Run some Ray Allen-Reggie Miller type plays for Redick to move off the ball. Wait, Redick can move well without the ball, right?

Well maybe he has friends in the locker room who will listen to his bitching. Or Jennings starts pouting cause he starts losing minutes . I like JJ but not with two babies like Jennings and Ellis still on the team.

He's good on and off the ball. He's a better passer than Jennings too.

For the rest of this season we are a better team today than we were yesterday without giving up Henson, Sanders Jennings or picks. Thats the way you have to look at it.

Let's get locked in for a playoff run and let the chips fall where they may. FEAR THE DEER IS BACK!!

Who cares, there is absolutely no reason to watch this team. Not even Sanders can convince me.

Start Gooden. Who really cares at this point. Hell, give the Vanilla Gorilla some PT just for the lulz.

I would absolutely love it if u turned out to be right, but with Ellis still on this team killing chemistry I see zero chance this happens. That FTD run was 99% perfect chemistry. If we had completed the ATL part of the trade and shipped Ellis in it I could totally see it...

Bag Night Saturday? Collective Ella bobblehead toss? Throw them into a fire or maybe our river and lake?

Start JJ at the 2. Make Monta earn his minutes.

Hopefully white SG from duke can impact the play of BJ positively too.

Not landing Josh for Monta is unfortunate and giving up Harris already in this deal is too.

Wow youre really all in on this guy. Hope you're right. I think he'll be frozen out, have no good screens, and be abused on the post on defense, will bolt or we'll give him 30-40 mil and have no chance at a real 2 guard to defend and create as well as shoot with some youth (ala Mayo). Not great if you wanted to give Tobes a chance which I was 50/50 on - i actually liked D. Lamb better. Would have like to see a run @ the other Lamb too if possible. resigned Rdick also blocks a drafted 2 guard. Could be a real disaster.

But maybe Redick will get hot from 3 in the 2nd half of Game 4 and send the 5k At BMO home happy before the Heat move on 4-1.
