Kudos to the Bucks for:

-Putting this on a Saturday so the kids can go and people may be off that day (versus a weeknight)

-Having autographs and fan interaction being a big part of it

Now the team just needs to get the word out to families who want to take their kids to a free event where there are a number of good activities scheduled.

Sounds like they are going back to what they used to do. I don't know why they ever moved it from Saturdays to weeknights. Are single game tix also going on sale that day? That's what they also used to do.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I would almost think so, seems about right for when they do. Sure they'll get a little crowd to buy at the box office that day. Makes sense.

This used to be a great event so it's nice to see it's returning to form. It's weird applauding the Bucks for doing good things.

I used to go when it was on Saturdays and have a good time, now that they moved it back, I may be able to go again next week.

Good for the Bucks to be doing these things. Im glad that many of you on here are applauding them for it. If I was in Milwaukee I wouldn't miss it for nothing. Only if I could get the wife to leave ATL. 8-) 8-)

Half debating to attend this, just don't know if it would be appealing to those without kids. I'm curious to see the team in action I guess. Plus it sounds like the STH get a brunch, so can get some grub from the team. I know its new, but anybody want to sell a husband & wife w/o kids on this?

I'm bringing my 4 year old daughter, w/ the hope of this triggering the beginning of her Bucks fandom.

I don't know about the fan fest stuff, but the scrimmage is free basketball. What else do you want :)

I'm going to give you a personal guarantee that the Bucks will win too. 8-)

It's a good time, not sure driving from Green Bay good time, but if you're up for it and excited for Bucks basketball this season do it.

Seeing Gianni's get playing time is probably what's going to make it worth it.

Yeah, I've been having issues my online account since last night. It times out as well. Not sure what the deal is.

Thanks for the feedback, I don't think I am going to be able to make it now. I have some people/family coming to town thus probably going to end up staying here. I kinda was looking forward to seeing the team though.

Many present members of Sector 7 and past members of Sector 7 (and Squad 6) are expected to be in attendance of the Open Practice in section 212. Come join us there!

And many of us, including myself, will be there for the duration of the event, starting at 9:30. Hope to see many of you there!

For those having issues with the ticketing, as of last night it appeared to be working.
