I'm going to check out Gone Girl tonight. I've always loved Fincher and I think this looks solid.

Gone Girl was definitely a fun ride. The place was packed and the audience enjoyed much of the tension together with gasps and laughs.

Huge bonus having Fincher and Reznor together again on this film as they both set a fantastic tone and pace.

Just had my biggest WTF moment so far watching Buffy/Angel:

Spoiler:
Doyle's death on Angel was a total shocker, I just assumed he would get out of it or it was a fakeout. To make things worse I thought "Oh that actor was pretty cool, I wonder what else he's been in?" only to find out he fatally OD'd like 12 years ago. :(

Yea, that's why (as the story has gone since then) he was written out of the show. Issues with heroin and other drugs. Sad as ****.

Really hoping "American Sniper" delivers. "Letters From Iwo Jima" is quite possibly my favorite war film.

I'm caught up on Suits and still enjoying it quite a bit. I only watch that and True Detective at this point so looking forward to the continuation of both shows.

Suits is loaded with good music.

How is it possible that nobody has posted anything about Twin Peaks coming back (to Showtime)? Frost and Lynch are writing every episode.

American Horror Story: Freakshow starts tonight and I could not be happier for another season of the most self-awarely stupid show on television to start again.

Happy Valley was really damn good up until the finale. Walking Dead-esque dumb writing in the last episode, but still definitely worth a watch. I got hooked right away.

It was definitely entertaining and an enjoyable ride. Despite overly-high expectations, I thought Fincher and Co. nailed it and it has strong re-watchability.

I'm looking forward to checking out, Fury, in a couple weeks.
