Bucks can do fine in FA. See: Dunleavy, Mike. They should just want no part of middling veteran free agents.

Dunleavy better than a middling vet?
Dunleavy is the guy I said we should be getting 3 years ago when the Ersan to Indiana rumor was going here.

I know Giannis said he enjoys the challenge of defending and playing against his idols, i.e. Lebron and KD.

How'd he look defending Durant? And another question, what do you guys think this team looks like with BJ3 and Monta playing with Giannis?

Watching some older Giannis vids. This still cracks me up. "I just play the game. I don't care about the scouts".

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd rather see Jennings running point with Giannis on the floor than Knight. With that said, I'm happy as all hell he's no longer a Buck.

Gery doesn't think Embiid is physical at all it sounds like. Um, he is 7'0", 250 lbs., 19 years old, and I have seen him battle a 350 pound Georgetown player. Gery just hates bigs I am pretty sure. Does he like any Centers?

Giannis did a good job defending KD. He bit on pass fakes a little too much but he seemed to recover fairly well.

For tank purposes, I'm glad we have Knight but I agree that Jennings, for all his faults, would probably at least pass Giannis the ball.

Er, Tobias barely got off the bench. I imagine he rarely played with Jennings.

Ok glad I haven't been imagining this in the games I've watched. Ridnour NEVER even looks Giannis way. Cannot stand the guy (and I really liked him his first go round with the Bucks). He can get hit by a bus for all I care.

I don't like really any of the vets on the team, but the only guys that really rub me the wrong way are Ridnour and Neal. Not surprising those are the two that Giannis has beef with.

Tobias started last season. A big reason why he didn't last was Jennings icing him out.

That is the big knock on embiid, he doesn't play to contact well and isn't overly physical. Weak base strength too. You can hate on gery all you want but he is 100% correct in saying that embiid doesn't play physically.

Pretty much. Miroslav played controlled and mildly effectively. Udoh played OK for moments. Ridnour shot well. But, by and large, the only difference-maker in this game for the Bucks was, undeniably, Giannis. He was everywhere.

Knight was atrocious other than a couple nice drives.

Indeed. Tobes stood in the corner and had to watch $wag do their thing.
