Stein shoots an icy glare across Bucks RealGM; all is lost.

I'm rooting for Parker, it's just going to take me awhile to rationalize and accept that he was selected over a player that is an equal (better in my mind) prospect and a more natural fit.

The stuff about how this board views players was hyperbole, but not far off.

Don't know if you were talking to me, but I thought I would respond.

Parker will have a better career than anyone in this draft.

Ersan is elite at pump-faking a wide-open 3, taking a step inside the three point line, then bricking a long 2. Long 2s were his favourite shot last year.(28.2% of FGA)

The only player who shot a higher percentage from three from 2011-2013 was Stephen Curry. I think that is something that is easy to overlook since he shot so poorly last year. His volume wasn't as high as some others, but that is still very high level shooting from deep.

If he is here this season, hopefully he can find his stroke and up his volume because the extra spacing he can provide would be very useful. Kidd definitely encouraged his team to create looks from three, so Ersan could fit very well with that philosophy.

Sucks that now it seems the only way to increase Ersan's value will be at the expense of PT for Giannis and Jabari.

Maybe Ersan could fit in with this team as a poor man's Bosh

(extremely) poor man's Heat:

Chalmers - Knight
DWade - Giannis
Lebron - Jabari
Bosh - Ersan
Haslem - Sanders

I don't think Jabari coming off the bench until he gets more comfortable is necessarily a bad thing. Let Ersan play early and if he plays well you can trade him. If he sucks you have reason to bench him.

I knew that Bogut referred to him as Borat but did he really complain to management about it? They're friends, so that's amusing. Maybe they became more chummy afterward?

How is that a poor mans Heat? Every single player is significantly stylistically different from their comparisons.

Mainly that Giannis can be a slasher/distributor and Jabari can initiate offense from PF position. Outside shooters at 1 and 4, defense/hustle guy at 5.
