Honestly, you're probably the only one that can get away with something like that because they know you as the face of save our bucks. They'll just call the rest of us idiots or clueless if we stand up against them.

I tend to not call in anymore unless I'm set up for an interview.

Someone called in earlier on the Big Show and talked about it. They pretty much just ignored it and went on to calling people nerds etc etc.

Kind of just want to call in and when they take my call I just play this,

I've noticed lol. Can't blame you. They don't take any accountability for their terrible Bucks coverage and when we want more informative and legit coverage, we get ignored.

I always called into the post game shows every 2-3 games.

I just don't have time to listen to Big Show until 430 or later I miss what the whole convo has been so I don't want to rehash points that have already been made.

Sparky likes to talk over me and cut me off. That's kind of when I gave up on him.

He likes SOB, but doesn't like our ideas. He's kinda veered off the path. Not sure what direction he's going.

I think Frank's status should be growing regardless of the medium. Very sharp guy and a really strong Bucks' reporter. Anyone looking to beef up their Bucks' coverage would be smart to put Frank at the top of their list of people to pursue in my opinion.

Frank lives on the East Coast though, not sure how viable that is

Mitch was the only one who gave a damn about Bucks Basketball at ESPN Wisconsin.

I'm curious how much that will change, if at all. I honestly don't listen to the shows much, my extent of 540am is G&G Today & Wilde podcasts. I do get Bucks talk via Wilde segments sometimes which I actually enjoy. Usually if there is big Bucks news and it runs into his segment. But I wonder how things go there.

That's weird with Sparky kind of going against SOB - possibly. It seems like with the new regime, their station lost some of their contacts and instead of embracing change they are bitter thus are going to be pissy towards the team/ownership. :noway:

Sparky was talking about trading Giannis for a 10-15 pick and I didn't even bother to respond.

Sparky isn't going against SOB, and Ramie is a great friend of SOB as well. We're all on the same team in that regard. Those guys just tend to have some outlier opinions on certain things along with never really putting the screws to Gery when he wanders out into the forest on things. Unfortunately they lost some intellectual capital when they lost Ted Davis. Ted was always able to take on Gery on a factual basis on certain things.

They need to be able to put Gery in his place every now and then though. That is what is hurting them and that station the most in terms of credibility. They just let Gery go and they never seem to call him out on anything that is outlandish and the things he reports end up sounding factual with everyone agreeing.

You guys psychoanalyzing WSSP 1250 personalities is pretty funny (and a little sad).

Today? :eek1:

He's had it out for Giannis since Hammond selected him last year.

Love when Ted Davis used to call Sparky "lil' big head."

On another note, who else finds it funny that Dan Smyczek (Bucks VP of Public Relations) is "following" Wery Goelfel on Twitter?
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.
