Weather aside, since Brewers "preseason" would be March, I think in this era they would be a pretty big draw if they did an exhibition game at like Appleton's park. But if it were in 2002 when the Brewers were in midst of their worst season and a decade removed from relevance, kind of like the Bucks have been, it maybe would be more of a debate. If the Bucks have reached lets say the ECF in the last half decade and had competitive team in the other years, I think attendance would easily be in the 6,500-7,500 range for a game like last night.

I think the Brewers would sell out the first few years because of the novelty but after a while it would wear off. I mean it's not like the Packers sold out every game at County Stadium.

You can't really compare baseball to basketball, going out to the ballpark is just classic Americana and people go just for the experience which just isn't the same as going to some dingy arena to watch preseason basketball.
